Manitoba Housing Regional Office

In all honestly MB housing is a great place to rent in all the years I lived in their units, they always were in prestine condition moving in or out. Moved into a CO-OP its worse!!! I'm coming back no matter how long the wait is. MB housing ensuring repairs and maintenance are done and right the first time unlike where I am now. Two units I lived in not one cleaned of the last tenant. That was left up to me, MB housing made sure the places I transfered to were SPOTLESS. COOP does not sadly.Also MB housing does not use foil dryer ducts which are massive fire hazards. In all my time in mb housing (over 18 years) not one unit fire near by. Here I have had 2 already close by.Keep up the great work all of you at MB housing more landlords need to take after you on repairs and maintenance.Kind regards.P.s to all tenants get tenants insurance its worth it in the end. I know mb housing strongly recommends it. So do I especially after renting in my current area which will remain unnamed.
